AUTOMATIC EMERGENCY CALL: VIVATAR IN THE CAR
• The app Vivatar in the car includes the Vivatar drive plug, which you can get from https://bit.ly/2SHbfPq. You plug it into the 12V socket of your car. It connects to your mobile phone via Bluetooth as soon as you start.
• In the event of a crash, the plug is automatically activated and registers the severity of the accident.
• The app sends all important data to the Bosch emergency assistant: the severity of the impact, your location, the vehicle profile and the direction.
• The Bosch Emergency Assistant will now try to call you. If you do not pick up the phone, it will immediately send the ambulance.

MANUAL EMERGENCY CALL: VIVATAR ON THE ROAD
• If you get into an emergency situation while hiking, have a bicycle accident or feel unsafe on your way home, simply trigger the emergency call with Vivatar go or by pressing a button in the app.
• A connection with the Bosch Emergency Assistant is now established and your location is forwarded. The Bosch Emergency Assistant will ask how you are doing and what help you need.
• If you can no longer speak or do not know where you are, the Bosch Emergency Assistant immediately informs the emergency services.

THE BOSCH EMERGENCY ASSISTANTS HELP 24/7
- The Bosch Emergency Call Assistant immediately gets the help you need on the way. He or she will contact the rescue coordination centers for you and pass on all the necessary information to them.
- If you have stored contact persons, the Bosch Emergency Call Assistant will inform them of your accident.

THE ADVANTAGES OF THE VIVATAR EMERGENCY CALL
1. the Bosch Emergency Call Assistant will stay with you over the phone until the rescue services arrive.
2. if you can no longer make yourself understood, the Bosch Emergency Call Assistants will still get help on the way.

Vivatar is currently only available for users of German mobile phone providers. In case of a call for help, you will be charged by your network provider at the fixed network rate and, if applicable, for SMS to transmit your emergency data and GPS position (if no data connection exists).
